Spectre

The Spectre is a spatial bilocator which means that it jumps between places. You have to have two exact replicas at two ends, and they have to be far apart for it to work. One bilocator can't be near another.

“It’s a train!” Tom said. It was a lovely black engine, with red embellishments on the chimney and on the edges around the cabin. Orange smoke puffed out of the chimney and the front lights shone brightly into the dark forest ahead. The passenger car was white with black streaks and the number one painted beside the door. The windows were large, but instead of seeing inside, Tom saw his reflection staring back. The only odd part were the tracks. They were golden and very short. Trains are supposed to roll on tracks, but these were barely longer than the train. Buffers on each end held the track squarely in place.

Creation

It was created by a jumper a few decades ago, someone with good wonder and magic, who wanted a piece of home in Ma.
